Megan Lewis
Megan is the Director and Co-owner of The Resolution Network, a business that helps you be your best and grow your best business.
Megan has made her career all about connecting with people. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in History & Philosophy, she spent the first 15 years in marketing and public relations roles across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Aware of the powerful impact communication has on connection, there was one dynamic that increasingly intrigued Megan – how people navigated conversations when things got tough.
Driven be a desire to help people make better choices in these tough situations, Megan became a mediator and conflict management coach. Since establishing The Resolution Network in 2013, Megan has worked with hundreds of businesses, families and community groups across the mid north coast, helping people to work through tough situations and better manage change as a mediator, facilitator and coach.
Rosi Lembke
Combining a successful corporate career with her Prosci Change Management Certification – the world’s most recognised certification for change management professionals – Rosi is a change management specialist.
Rosi’s strengths are in helping businesses, no matter what size, better manage change so everyone who works for the organisation achieves the desired individual and business goals.
Rosi started as a property management consultant managing portfolios for well-known companies such as Westpac, Colonial State Bank and Australia Post. While working for Jones Lang LaSalle, Rosi was recruited to help set up a new management structure for the Development Bank of Singapore from 2000 to 2002.
Since returning to Australia, Rosi has worked as a consultant to the property industry, providing a range of services focused around business transition. Her areas of expertise in this sector included property and staff management, implementation and risk management services.
Jenni Gollan
Jenni is passionate about helping people resolve personal or workplace conflict. Jenni works with individual’s, couples and teams on communication issues so they can function better and collaborate well.
Building upon a Bachelor of Psychology with Honors through the University of New England, Jenni’s transition to mediation was driven by her interest in solutions focused thinking and desire to provide functional support for people experiencing tough relationship situations in their family or workplace.
Jenni has a background in environmental science and community engagement and has worked in a number of roles that have developed her communication and interpersonal skills.
Jenni has engaged, networked and coordinated with number of stakeholders including children, families, elderly, as well as organisations and businesses in the not-for-profit, government and private sectors.
Jenni is trained in conflict management coaching and works with individuals on existing, past or upcoming conflict and provides pre and post mediation coaching. Jenni is also an accredited Mediator under the Australian National Mediation Accreditation System.
