What is workplace mediation?
When you think about work, I bet you’d be able to recall two team members who didn’t get on.
They might have fallen out over who got the new role or the promotion; or who did more work; or whether one person spoke harshly to the other person.
Whatever the cause – they’re now in a stand off….and everyone knows it!
- Team members feel awkward around them - they can sense the tension 
- Work quality and quantity drops because people are carrying a grudge 
- The Team Leader or Supervisor have had a go and trying to fix it but it hasn’t worked. It’s actually made it worse and so they don’t know what to do next 
- Everyone’s feeling stressed. Some to the point that they decide to look for a job elsewhere.
